When looking for an elopement photographer we were running into quite a few snags, however, all the headache was because the universe wanted us to find Kat Damin. She went above and beyond to make our day special and was so accommodating and adaptable for anything we needed.

My husband and I genuinely felt like Kat was enjoying the day as much as we were as she explored the aspens, elk, and mountain setting with us. We even had some last minute ideas with our fur children and skateboards that she was over the moon to help us shoot.

As a former ballerina, I've worked with many a photographer and I can say hands down, Kat was the best. She made us feel comfortable and captured the beauty in every moment.

On the wedding day, she was so sweet to everyone involved and was a calming presence rather than a commanding or stressful one. What I appreciated most, was that she was very sweet and relational. She chatted with my mom, gave both the groom and I a hug before she left, and even stayed after her designated time to take more reception pictures! Kat is the best!!! From our first video chat, we knew she was the one. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. She shot our engagement photos, which we used for our guest book at our wedding and we received multiple compliments on how beautiful the photos were.

On the big day, Kat and her second shooter, Claude were everywhere. They made sure every family shot we requested was taken, and even made sure to give us a few minutes to take breaks between shots. I've received several compliments on how amazing they were.
